Level up your gaming skills with a day at the UKCGF Comic Con and Gaming Festival.

The festival, which takes place at the Kent Events Centre in Detling, near Maidstone, will bring the best retro games, comic book characters and collectable merchandise to fans across the county.

The touring festival is making its debut at the new venue this year, and will fill two large halls with stalls from top traders.

There will be merchandise from your favourite games, comics, TV shows and films available to purchase, with everything from novelty gifts to rare collectables.

You will also be able to show off your gaming prowess and compete against other gamers at the multiple gaming zones.

Try out a VR headset, introduce your kids to retro video games from your childhood, and even go old school with a choice of board games.

Visitors will also be able to meet the artists behind some of their most beloved comic book illustrations and take part in arts and crafts workshops.

Fans can also meet celebrities from well-known films and TV shows, including Sylvester McCoy, who played Doctor Who from 1987 to 1989, and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels star Frank Harper.

Throughout the day, there will also be character groups, dressed in authentic costumes, to make for the perfect photo opportunities.
