The Craft and Design Fair comes to Hever Castle

The first major craft fair to be held in the South East since lockdown starts this week.

Staged by Maidstone-based Craft In Focus, the Craft & Design Fair, which comes to Hever Castle from Thursday, September 10 to Sunday, September 13, will feature a series of arts and crafts exhibitors showing their wares in open-sided marquees in the 125 acres of castle grounds.

All exhibitors have designed and made the work that they display and have been selected for their individuality and innovation in contemporary design, as well as their technical ability.

Organiser Rob Chapman said: “We are delighted to be able to stage our first mixed craft event of the year after so many events having been cancelled this year.

"Our event is a high quality contemporary craft fair and exhibitors and visitors appreciate the fact that we keep our standards high and have stuck with our principles of only allowing work made by the exhibitor to be presented.”
