AN INQUEST into the death of murdered Kent teenager Terry Edmonds is due to open next week.

The North West Kent district coroner will deal with the investigation into how the 17-year-old from Tunbridge Wells died.

Her body was discovered concealed in a suitcase near to the entrance of Morrisons supermarket car park in Vale Avenue in the town on Saturday, April 29.

A post mortem has already shown that she had been strangled.

The inquest will begin at Gravesend county court on Monday morning.
