The family-run vendor will offer visitors the opportunity to peruse a wide variety of second-hand records, merchandise, and music books, while they enjoy speciality coffee and teas, cakes and pastries.

The store opens on Sunday.

The business already has one branch in Tunbridge Wells, in St John’s Road.

The quirky concept was inspired by store’s owners Matt and Fabiana Lord’s passion for live music and their hobby of collecting records, coupled with their experience of working in the coffee industry.

The cafe's wider menu will include smoothies, milkshakes, juices, and a range of craft beers, cider and wines.

Sunday's opening will include live music.

Nicky Blanchard, centre manager at Royal Victoria Place, said: "We feel proud to be able to support a local family-run business while expanding our independent offering to the community.”

Owner Mr Lord said: "This new location is a perfect fit for our business, and we look forward to creating a lively, bustling atmosphere in our store for locals to enjoy.”

Over the past year, Royal Victoria Place has welcomed a range of independent businesses, including The Green Duck Emporium and hairdressers Belgravia.

Even Flow will be open seven days a week, from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
