They grew suspicious of the driver when he tried to give a false name and was soon detained for a drug search.

A total of eight wraps of cocaine were found inside a plastic chewing gum container as well as £95 of cash and Marfana's phone - all of which were seized.

The phone was later found to house text messages arranging the sale of drugs.

Marfana was arrested and later charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply, possession of criminal property and driving without insurance.

Marfana, of Barnetts Close, Tunbridge Wells appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, where he pleaded guilty to all the charges.

The 20-year-old was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on a date to be confirmed.
