Man taken to hospital and route shut for hours after crash in Nash Road, Margate

A man has been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash.

Nash Road in Margate was shut for about three hours last night following the collision.

An ambulance service spokesman said: "We were called to reports of a two-vehicle RTC on Nash Road, Margate, at about 9.40pm yesterday.

"Ambulance crews attended the scene and a man was assessed and treated before being taken to QEQM Hospital."

Police confirmed they were also called to the collision.

"The road was closed for about three hours while both vehicles were recovered," a spokesman for the force added.
