Elephant, the Ramsgate-based Kent window and conservatory company, is searching for a Dad in a Million, and is offering a very special prize for the winning father.

The winner will receive an experience of a lifetime at Brands Hatch, one of the UK’s legendary race circuits, as they take to the wheel of a specially designed Formula 1-style racing car. The prize includes full tuition, plus test circuits in a powerful BMW M3.

Entries should be no more than 250 words and should detail why you think your dad should receive the prestigious title of 'Thanet’s Best Dad.’

Neil Piper, managing director of Elephant, said: “With Father’s Day coming up we want to find the best dad in the Thanet area and reward him with an amazing prize. As a Thanet-based business we are committed to supporting our local community.”

Please note that for safety reasons the winning dad must be no more than 16 stone in weight and no taller than 6ft 2in to take the racing experience.

The winner will be announced just before Father’s Day in the Thanet Extra published on Wednesday, June 16.
