Police are appealing for information after 200 pieces of priceless jewellery were stolen.

The items were taken from a unit at Barge Way in Kemsley sometime between 6pm on Friday, January 8 and 6am on Monday, January 11.

The silver necklaces which have been stolen have all been designed by Vivienne Westwood and have a globe style pendant at the end.

A police spokesman said because the necklaces are unique, a value cannot be placed on them.
