Sittingbourne signed Luke Blewden from Tonbridge, and he goes straight into the squad for the Ryman League Division 1 South home game against Whitehawk on Saturday.
Blewden, 21-year-old son of former Tonbridge striker Colin, could stay at Bourne Park for the rest of the season.
Bourne boss Gary Abbott (pictured) said: "Tommy Warrilow and I speak a lot and he was happy for Luke to come. It’s not a loan as he isn’t on contract and he can play central midfield, centre-half or right-back.
"Paul Semaluka has come from Tonbridge as well. He has been brilliant for us and got a little bit of class about him.
"The next four games will tell us a lot about where we are, but the league is so tight. If you lose two games in a row, it puts you back in the pack."
Striker Hicham Akhazzan, on the bench at Chatham last week, could start.
