Fire crews tackle blaze in derelict building in Sittingbourne

Fire crews tackled a blaze across two floors, which spread into the roof of a commercial building.

The building, in Cooks Lane, Sittingbourne, is thought to be a derelict office block.

Around 16 firefighters in four pumps fought the blaze, after being called out just before 4am today.

Cooks Lane was closed.
