Paramedics are currently treating people at the scene of an accident in Eastchurch.
Emergency services were called to the two-car collision on Lower Road, at the junction of Eastchurch Road, at around 8.40am.
The road is reportedly still partially blocked with two ambulance vehicles on the scene.
A South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We sent four vehicles and two of the cars have now left.
"People are currently being assessed at the scene and one patient may be transferred to hospital."
