Festive fun at Seashells

More than 250 children and adults got into the festive spirit with face painting games, and a visit from Father Christmas.

Two festive parties were organised by Seashells, the Sheerness Children and Families Centre in Rose Street.

The first was for children up to 18-months-old and the second was for children over 18 months and up to five-years-old.

Centre spokesman Sharon Thomas said: “Each child had the opportunity to make Christmas crafts, have their face painted, play on the soft play area, see the rock puppet band and see Father Christmas to receive a special present.

“Both parties were free and every family with a pre-school child living in Sheerness was very welcome to attend.”
