This weekend Redrow will launch St David’s Park - its final phase of the Herne Bay golf course redevelopment.

St David’s Park will comprise 92 new homes, ranging from three-to four-bedrooms, all from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection. Prices start from £399,995.

Just like Wentworth Park, Sunningdale Green and The Fairways, St David's Park will enjoy all the open spaces and far reaching views once enjoyed by the golfers, as well as the excellent commuter links across Kent and to London beyond.

Exteriors are inspired by the traditional Arts & Crafts architectural movement while the interiors are sleek and bright, with large open plan living downstairs, paired with spacious bedrooms.

As part of the launch, the housebuilder is also unveiling a trio of show homes and a brand-new interactive ‘Customer Experience Suite’ (CES).

Interested buyers are invited to visit St David’s Park from 10am to 5:30pm on Saturday 29 January, where there will be a hog roast and prosecco.

Kirsty and Millie in Redrow’s sales team will also be on hand for support with any queries.

New CES and show homes

The Customer Experience Suites replace the Redrow sales centres, designed to enhance the buying journey.

Key features include interactive technology where buyers can view available homes, select extras and even complete their reservations online. This digital-first approach means the customer journey is now paperless.

Additionally, three fully furnished show homes are available to view.

Firstly, the Leamington Lifestyle comprises three double bedrooms, each boasting an en-suite to alleviate bathroom battles. One of the bedrooms has been reconfigured into a home office, something buyers have the option to replicate through Redrow’s digital customisation tool MyRedrow.

The Shrewsbury 3 also has three bedrooms, with a particularly spacious principal room that contains a dressing area and en-suite. Downstairs contains an expansive kitchen and dining area, complete with a utility and cloakroom. Separately there is a lounge and integrated garage.

Finally, the Harlech benefits from four bedrooms, while downstairs boasts a spacious kitchen diner, opening out onto the back garden. Additionally, there’s a large living room and separate study or family room.
