THE London-based property management company County Estate Management has announced its expansion into the county. The company has taken over the Tunbridge Wells property management firm, Mill Management.

Managing director, Paul Rayden, said: "I have been delighted by how receptive Mill Management customers have been to us becoming their new managing agents."

The move into Tunbridge Wells coincides with the official launch of County Estates' new branding which includes a new logo, company colours and layout formats which have been applied to all stationery and documentation.

County Estates is also offering customers the benefit of a new property maintenance co-ordination programme.
