A KENT estate agent has celebrated 21 years of business with £12.5m worth of sales in partnership with an award-winning builder.

Wood and Pilcher, of Tunbridge Wells, has worked closely with Millwood Designer Homes, based in Tonbridge, for many years and the agents recommended to Millwood the land for two of its prestigious developments, Clark’s View in Flimwell and Wrens Warren in Church Hatch, near Hartfield.

Wood and Pilcher were appointed as selling agents and within months the developments had sold out.
