At East Farleigh, with a guide of £80,000-£100,000, Lone Cottage is being offered on behalf of executors. It requires total refurbishment or alternatively could be redeveloped, subject to consents.

At Charing, Coppins Corner is a detached property on a one and a half acre plot. It has suffered subsidence and provides a restoration project or perhaps a redevelopment opportunity. It has a guide price of £170,000 plus.

The Woodpecker Country Hotel, at Womenswold, near Canterbury, has a guide price of £380,000 plus. It has 10 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, as well as a spacious lounge, dining room, playroom and reception office.

At Wateringbury, Phoenix House, an Edwardian detached property, currently arranged as ground floor offices and a first floor three-bedroom flat, is to be offered with a guide price of £200,000.
