New man draws on experience

HONEYGROVE Properties, based in Bough Beech, has restructured its team of directors. John Low, appointed Honeygrove’s non-executive chairman last November, is lending his expertise to the board. He brings more than 40 years’ experience in the industry to the company, having been chief executive of Ideal Homes, Trafalgar House and most recently, Beazer Homes.

Mr Low said: ‘’Honeygrove, in my opinion, is the most prestigious brand in Kent and I am delighted to be associated with such a highly regarded housebuilder. I look forward to working with Jeremy Streeten and David Rivers, picking up what they have achieved and building further on their success.”

Jeremy Streeten, who has been Honeygrove’s chairman for many years, has chosen to focus on his passion for land acquisition and planning as the company’ s land director. He is well known in the industry for his experience and skills for solving challenging land use issues and brownfield development. He will be concentrating his talents on sourcing land for exciting new developments that will propel the company even further.

David Rivers will continue as managing director under John Low’s leadership. He will continue to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business while putting his managerial and organisational skills to even better use.

Honeygrove developments include Post Office Square in Tunbridge Wells, due to finish in July. For further information, call Honeygrove on 01732 700840 or visit the company’s web site at www.honeygrove.co.uk.
