YOUR MOVE has launched a new lettings website service. David Brown, head of lettings, said: "We can draw on the advanced technology now in place and combine it with the service we offer as a leading letting agent. We are taking the hassle, confusion and complications out of letting or renting."

By visiting the new site, landlords will be able to access details of the five star service available through Your Move. Visitors can learn about three levels of service dependant on how much control an individual landlord requires. It offers advice on finding suitable tenants, arranging rent collection and the availability of specialist southern property management centres which can deal with day-to-day management issues.
