Homes set around Victorian flint barns

FAIRMIST Homes’ latest project is the conversion of farm buildings at Cossington Courtyard at Aylesford, near Maidstone.

The properties, some single storey and some two-storey, are set around a courtyard of Victorian flint barns. They comprise seven individual homes, ranging from barns, granary, single-storey cottage-style properties and a new build house.

The development, at the foot of the North Downs amid tranquil countryside, is only a few minutes’ drive from the village of Aylesford and the motorway network. Shopping, leisure and educational facilities are within easy reach.
