Runners in the Race for Life

They came in their thousands to take part in the Race for Life in Mote Park on Sunday.

They ran, walked or strolled round the 5km course , cheered on by family and friends.

The women-only event is expected to raise about £350,000 for Cancer Research UK.

A Race for Life will be held at the Hop Farm Country Park, Beltring, Paddock Wood, on Wednesday at 7pm and another at Mote Park on Sunday, June 8 at 11am. Entries have closed for both races.
