THERE is still time to enter a team in the KM Big Quiz which takes place in Ashford next week.

The mammoth wine and wisdom evening is being held at the Stour Centre, Ashford at 7pm on Friday, November 9.

Scores of organisations and colleagues have already taken the plunge and entered a team but if you and your friends reckon you are trivia buffs there’s still time to enter the contest.

A table costs £56 and seats eight people.

The price includes a ploughman’s meal and complimentary glass of wine.

Teams will compete for a range of prizes and trophies and the organisers are already well on the way to set a new south Kent record of more than 50 teams of eight taking part.

The causes that will benefit from this year’s event include the Pilgrim’s Hospices in East Kent, the Mayor of Ashford’s Charity Appeal, League of Friends at Ashford’s William Harvey Hospital and the award winning children’s road safety charity Kent Walking Bus.
