The footage – confirmed by police – was filmed as Liam walked home by North Street Farm in Stoke Road, Hoo, at 1am

In a statement issued to KentOnline today, Liam’s mother Joanne, sister Holly and brother Christian promised the 22-year-old they would continue their search until he is back home.

“Words cannot describe the heartbreak our whole family is going through at this moment in time and it is getting harder as time goes on,” they said.

“All we want is for our Liam to be home safe and well.”

Speaking directly to their brother and son, they said: “You are loved by all of us and we promise that we will not stop searching for you Liam, and we will not give up until you are home with us again.”

Family and friends have spent the weekend delivering hundreds of flyers through doors and posting leaflets in shops and on lampposts.

Through the power of social media, people who did not even know Liam have volunteered to search ditches and fields in the area he was last seen, while a plane has been used to fly repeatedly over the wide expanse of land.

Liam’s family say he has a heart condition and believe he could possibly have a head injury.

He was wearing the same outfit he is pictured in when he went missing - a black hat, black hoodie, black shorts, and black Puma trainers.

He is white, of medium build and has short hair and a short beard.

Anyone who sees Liam is asked to call 999 quoting reference number 23-0247.
