A cabinet minister packed plenty into a 40-minute visit to Medway yesterday.

Baroness Sayeeda Warsi managed to bring herself up to date on the county's autistic problems at Kent Autsitic Trust's office in Brompton.

She also opened a new political office and met Conservative Party members as well as talking to voters on the No2AV campaign stand before heading to other Kent venues.

Cllr Peter Hicks, chairman of the Rochester and Strood Constituency Conservatives, said: "It was a very successful visit."
