His sister, Holly, says her “family is broken” as the search to find her “loving” brother continues.

A Facebook group set up to help find Liam now has more than 4,000 members.

Holly told KentOnline her brother is a “family-oriented person” and it is unusual he has not contacted any family members.

She said: “We just want to know where he is.

“He’d never want us to worry like this as he’s a loving and emotional person.”

Liam, who is from Lower Stoke, is described as being white and of a medium build, with short hair and a short beard.

He was last seen wearing dark shorts and a dark long-sleeved top.

Police chief inspector Trevor Jenner said: “Over the last three weeks, officers have searched relentlessly for Liam.

“They have carried out house-to-house enquiries and thorough CCTV reviews.

“Specialist officers have undertaken searches in numerous locations, assisted by drones, police helicopters, the dog unit, and the search and marine unit.

“Volunteers from the local community have also assisted in the search for Liam and I would like to thank them for their efforts.

“We are yet to locate him and are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“As we approach the three-week anniversary of his disappearance, we continue to request public support in locating Liam.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Kent Police on 999 quoting reference 23-0247.

Liam was last seen holding his head and shouting for help in a video taken in the early hours of Saturday, July 21.

“We just want to know where he is...”

The footage – confirmed by police – was filmed as Liam walked home by North Street Farm in Stoke Road, Hoo, at 1am

In a previous statement issued to KentOnline, Holly, as well as Liam’s mother Joann and his brother Christian, promised they would continue their search until Liam is back home.

Family and friends have delivered hundreds of flyers through doors and posted leaflets in shops and on lampposts.

Through the power of social media, people who did not even know Liam have volunteered to search ditches and fields in the area he was last seen, while a plane has been used to fly repeatedly over the wide expanse of land.

Liam’s family say he has a heart condition and believe he could possibly have a head injury.
