A man has been charged with armed robbery following two alleged raids in Gillingham.
Matthew Waddington, from Gillingham Road, was arrested yesterday and has since been charged with robbery, attempted robbery and two counts of possessing an imitation firearm.
The raids are reported to have happened at the Co-op store on Saturday and Monday.
The 38-year-old will appear at Medway Magistrates' Court today.
