Invicta Dynamos coach Kevin Parrish has called on his players to stop ‘sulking’ and salvage their season.

Mos have lost three of their last four games – including just their second home defeat of the season against Romford on Sunday – and look destined to finish fourth in ENIHL Division 1 South, handing them a tricky route through the play-offs.

Parrish (pictured) admitted: "When we’re winning you can see heart and smiles on faces but when we’re behind we just seem to say goodnight. We have got to deal with adversity but we’re sulking.

"We can’t deal with losing, we can’t grind results out like some teams. It might be a lack of experience and I’ll have a look to see if we can bring someone in for next season to help with that.

"We will keep juggling to try to find a happy medium before the play-offs but we shouldn’t have to do it.

"I have changed lines and changed systems to try to find something that works but it seems we only ever have one or two on their game while the other three are sulking."

Dynamos visit Milton Keynes on Saturday before hosting Bristol Pitbulls on Sunday (start 5.15pm).

Fowler will miss both games through suspension after breaching the 10-point penalty threshold this season.

Parrish added: "We can’t argue with fourth place but it is difficult to understand because this is the best team we’ve put together.

"Talent-wise, I wouldn’t swap any of our players for anyone in the league but you have got to gel as a team and we’ve only done that three or four times in a 40-game season."
