A father-of-three will stand trial after denying he snatched a baby in a Chatham car park.

Dennis Milov, 33, of Beresford Road, Gillingham, pleaded not guilty to the charge of abducting a child on November 2 when he appeared at Maidstone Crown Court.

It is alleged Milov tried to snatch Emma Porter’s 10-week-old daughter Amelia in a car park at the Pentagon shopping centre.

Milov was released on bail by Judge David Griffith-Jones QC until his trial next month.
