Drivers were at a complete standstill on the M2.

Emergency services were called to a two car crash between junction 2 for Strood and junction 3 for Blue Bell Hill.

One driver said: "I've been stuck on the slip road from Blue Bell Hill for 20 minutes.

"It's at a complete standstill and I've switched my engine off.

"Traffic isn't moving across all four lanes of the M2 either."

Police were called at 5.07pm regarding the crash. No injuries have been reported.

The cars were moved to the hard shoulder at around 6.15pm and police released the traffic.
