Medway: Suspected county lines heroin dealer David Mundle charged

A suspected London-based drug dealer has been charged as part of a 'county lines' investigation.

County lines is the term given to the practice of sending drugs runners from the capital into the surrounding counties to deal to addicts who contact them via a dedicated phone line.

David Mundle is accused of being part of such a gang that supplied heroin to the Medway towns.

He was arrested in Brixton by officers from the Metropolitan Police last Thursday.

He's now been charged with conspiring to supply heroin, possessing the drug with intent to supply and possessing cannabis.

The 22-year-old, of Clarence Avenue in Clapham, has been remanded in custody and was set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court today (Monday).
