Chatham High Street closed between Manor Road and Hamond Hill closed due to burst water pipe

A burst water pipe has closed part of Chatham High Street.

The road has been closed in both directions between Hamond Hill and Manor Road.

It is believed the leak started earlier this morning.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes between Rochester and Chatham.
