Traffic was seen queuing on the approach to a bridge whilst paramedics attended to a medical incident.

An ambulance was called to Rochester Bridge at around 10.14am this morning.

One lane was blocked off and traffic was reportedly queuing on the A2 Corporation Street on the approach to the London-bound carriageway.

An ambulance crew attended and assessed a woman at the scene but she did not require further hospital treatment.

Traffic has since returned to normal levels.
