Ticket touts and people selling fake merchandise outside Mote Park this weekend will be targeted by Kent Trading Standards.

Officers have warned of a "zero tolerance" policy for people trying to cash in on the Radio 1's Big Weekend unofficially.

Patrols will be held inside and outside the venue. Fake goods will be seized, officers said.

For more on the preparations for the event see this Friday's Kent Messenger.
