Family tickets to Leeds Castle near Maidstone, the Hop Farm Family Park in Paddock Wood, the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, and Howletts or Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks are among prizes on offer from the KM Group's Community Treasure Chest.

They have been donated to be prizes in raffles and auctions run by Kent and Medway’s charities and groups.

Other offers include a family ticket to see Gillingham play, or a five-day P&O Ferries crossing voucher for a vehicle and up to nine passengers.

Three charity nights taking place on Saturday, November 22, have benefited from donations.

St Michael’s Church in Tonbridge Road, Maidstone, is holding a Christmas fair between 2pm to 4pm and has been awarded Leeds Castle tickets, while the Leeds and Kingswood Scout Group, is holding a quiz night at Kingswood Village Hall, at 7.45pm and is offering Gillingham FC tickets as part of a raffle.

A charity night takes place at Ditton Community Centre at 7.30pm, organised by The Ataxia-Telangiectasia Society, which provides support for those affected by the neuro-degenerative disease. The society was awarded P&O Ferries tickets.

The St George’s community children’s project hosts a Christmas fair at 7 Chilston Road, Tunbridge Wells, 2-4pm, on Saturday, November 29, when there will be tickets to the Historic Dockyard, Chatham, up for grabs.

Gillingham tickets will be on offer at The Dog and Gun pub, in Boxley Road, Maidstone, in a Christmas raffle in aid of Cancer Research UK on Christmas Eve.

Other events to benefit include a Christmas open day at Tunbridge Wells Football Club, Culverden Down, on Thursday, December 18, organised by the Compaid Trust and a line dance, organised by The Ataxia-Telangiectasia Society, on January 10, from 7pm, at Ditton Community Centre.
