A man who appeared alongside a love rival on the TV chat show Trisha has been charged with common assault.
Ian Lionel Wallace, 24, from Lowestoft, Suffolk, was charged this week after the alleged incident, which took place on February 12, at the Maidstone Studios, Grove Green, where Trisha was filmed.
He has been bailed to appear before Maidstone magistrates on Thursday, May 28.
Wallace is believed to have appeared on a show with his girlfriend and a love rival. Viewers did not see the alleged assault.
