His death came during violent scenes which erupted after a gig by London rapper MoStack, real name Montell Daley.

The teenager, from Hornsey in north London, who cannot be named for legal reasons due to being under 18, has also been charged with three counts of attempted murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

No application for bail was made and the teenager's father was allowed to sit in front of his son for the 10-minute hearing in front of Judge Philip Statman.
