Parents of children at two schools in Maidstone have been warned to be on their guard after reports of a man acting suspiciously.

Maplesden Noakes School in Great Buckland, and neighbouring Brunswick House Primary School in Leafy Lane, have both contacted parents after reports of a man acting suspiciously outside Maplesden Noakes School last week.

The schools have reminded parents to be vigilant.

Letters went out to parents in the East Malling area after a 14-year-old girl was attacked and threatened in an alleyway between Carnation Close, East Malling, and the A20 London Road, near Tesco Express on Wednesday, December 22.
