Police helicopter seen flying over M20 near Maidstone

Four people have been arrested after a police helicopter was scrambled to a motorway stretch.

The chopper was sent to the M20 near Maidstone at about 2.45pm today.

This came after officers stopped a suspected stolen vehicle near the turning for the County Town.

A police spokesman said: "Four people were arrested.

"They were later taken into custody."
