Police appeal to help find missing boy, 11

Police are appealing for help to find an 11-year-old boy who has been missing from his Maidstone home since 2.15pm on Saturday.

Abdullah Raed, who may also use the names Abdullah Ried or Rashid Raled is of North African descent and speaks Arabic and French and very poor English. If he does try to speak English he will have a French accent.

He is described as 5ft tall and slim. He is dark skinned, with short black curly hair and brown eyes. He has a small scar close to the hairline on the left hand side of his head.

He is believed to have been wearing a red T-shirt, a blue zip up jogging top and dark blue jeans. However, he may have changed clothes since he went missing.

Abdullah may be anywhere in Kent or may have tried to find transport to take him anywhere else in the UK. He might be trying to leave the country and could be heading towards railway stations, airports or seaports. Abdullah could also be in or travelling through London.
