Drivers are being warned of delays following a rush-hour crash on the A249.

The multi-car collision, which involved a lorry, van and two cars, happened in the Sittingbourne-bound carriageway near Church Hill shortly after 4.30pm.

Police and paramedics were called a woman was treated for minor injuries.

The lane has since reopened but traffic is still queuing back to the M20 roundabout.
