Maidstone man accused of managing a brothel

A man of 41 has appeared in court accused of fraud, managing a brothel, money laundering and deception.

Sean Butler, of Tonbridge Road, Maidstone, appeared before Canterbury magistrates accused of seven charges.

Alongside him in the dock were three others.

Lynn Amos-Brown, 60, of the High Street, Bridge, is accused of 13 offences including managing a brothel, fraud, growing cannabis and money laundering.

She also faces charges of deception, possessing drugs and offences under the Proceeds of Crimes Act.

Toby Amos-Brown, 38, of Ospringe Road, Faversham, is accused of six offences including fraud, obtaining money by deception and laundering money.

Rachel Randall, 33, of Herne Avenue, Herne Bay, is charged with one fraud and two offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

All four were released on unconditional bail until April 6.
