Julian Grant becomes fourth person charged over 'murder' of Wesley Adyinka in Knightrider Street, Maidstone

A fourth person has been charged over the suspected murder of a dad.

Wesley Adyinka, 37, was fatally stabbed in the heart outside his home at Chaucer House, off Knightrider Street in Maidstone, during the early hours of February 10.

Kevin Roach, 39, of Peace Close in South Norwood, London, was charged with murder the day after Mr Adyinka’s death and is due to go on trial at Maidstone Crown Court on August 12.

He is also accused of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to a woman in her 30s who also sustained a stab wound at the scene.

The Crown Prosecution Service then authorised charges of joint venture murder and GBH against Rodney Harris, 37, of Mann Close, Croydon, and a 17-year-old boy from Streatham, south-west London, who cannot be named.

Now, a fourth person, 27-year-old Julian Grant, of Tull Street, Mitcham, Surrey, has also been charged with joint venture murder and GBH.
