Boy's bike stolen by hooded young man

A TEENAGE boy was threatened and had his bike stolen in a Kent town.

The victim was in College Road, Maidstone, when he was approached by a young man who stopped him before taking his bike after threatening him.

As the offender made off, he was joined by a group of other young men.

He is described as white and of medium build. He was wearing a knee-length black leather jacket, a black hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

The stolen bike is a maroon BMX Diamond Back with silver rear pegs. It is worth around £110.
