Arrests made over 'creeper breaks'

Three men have been arrested over a series of "creeper burglaries" in which high value cars were stolen from addresses in Allington last week.

The burglaries are so called because of the practice of sneaking into homes while owners are asleep to steal car keys.

21 year old Piere Crosby of Homerton Road, South Hackney; 18 year old Bradley David Swinford of Widdecombe Road, Mottingham; and a 17 year old from Chislehurst in Kent have all been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to steal motor vehicles.

They are all due before Maidstone magistrates today, September 28, for a remand hearing.
