Maidstone: Air ambulance lands in Weavering after woman suffers neurological injury

Kent's air ambulance was called to a Maidstone village after a medical emergency.

Paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance service were also called to the scene, in Weavering, following reports that a woman had suffered a neurological injury on Monday.

The helicopter landed in a nearby field shortly after 2pm but the patient was taken to Maidstone Hospital by road.
