Manager Andy Ford has confirmed that three Sittingbourne players could be joining his squad for pre-season training.

Highly-rated midfielder Ryan Johnson, forward Bradley Spice and ex-Wings midfielder Lee Spiller are all expected to arrive next month in a bid to win a place in Ford's plans.

The Wings boss said: "There will be more as well, I've got a lot of players coming in for pre-season so I can have a good look at them. There's a couple of rookies out there that I want to look at.

"I know Lee Spiller from Gravesend and have said that he is more than welcome to come for pre-season if he wants to."

Ford added: "I can see a lot of it not falling into place until pre-season starts.

"If I was a young and inexperienced manager then I'd be panicking now but I know that it will all fall into place for us."
