DENMARK international Dennis Rommedahl looks to be heading out of Charlton.

The winger missed the 2-1 defeat to Arsenal with a groin strain amid reports he is unsettled and ready to return to former club PSV Eindhoven or FC Copenhagen.

Rommedahl dropped a broad hint in the Charlton programme for the Carling Cup tie against Carlisle that he was unhappy when he disclosed: "I’m not sure if I’ve adapted to the English way of playing the game.

"I have adapted to the English way of life and I’m happy here. But different kinds of things are appreciated in England compared to Holland where I learned the game."
