KENT have been rocked by the news of Yasir Arafat's inclusion in the Pakistan Twenty20 World Championship squad.

Arafat will be required to fly out to South Africa on September 7, but Kent are hoping to convince the Pakistan Cricket Board to allow their man to play on until the end of August.

It could all mean Kent play the final month of the season with no overseas representation other than their Kolpak duo of Ryan McLaren and Martin van Jaarsveld.
