Welling v Sutton

WELLING manager Neil Smith has warned his players not to expect an easy ride against Blue Square South strugglers Sutton on Saturday.

The Wings host bottom club Sutton looking for their first win in four league matches as they bid to move away from the relegation zone.

But Smith warned: "It's a must-win game for us. We need three points from this one.

"No disrespect to Sutton but these are the games that we need to win.

"If we can win it will take the pressure off the players and hopefully that can lead to even better results."

Smith could welcome back Andy Pugh (illness) but Charles Ademeno (hamstring) is a doubt. Orlando Smith came off in the midweek Setanta Shield win at Bromley with a dislocated finger but should be fit to start.

Meanwhile, the Wings have been drawn at home to Grays in the Setanta Shield fourth round.
