Ryman League football preview

MARGATE host Wealdstone in the Ryman League Premier Division on Saturday looking to end a club record run of eight successive draws.

Shane Hamshare was carried off with a knee injury on Tuesday follwoing a high challenge by Steve Hafner.

Walker said: "I ain’t happy but football is like that. Everything goes all right for a few weeks and then suddenly it kicks you in the teeth, and you have just got to get on with it.

"The problem is that the lads we have lost are all experienced players. I have no worries about bringing the young lads in, but they are bound to need a few games to get used to the quicker pace of the game (in the first team)."

Meanwhile, Tonbridge Angels host Newport IOW.
