Sittingbourne were the only Kent side to record a victory in Ryman League Division 1 South or North as they won 3-1 at Corinthian-Casuals on Saturday.

A Richard Brady brace had the visitors 2-0 up at half-time and Elie Kayembe scored their third with a spectacular effort in the second half.

It was revealed at full-time that Brickies keeper Rob French had played the whole game with a broken hand - and the home side were reduced to 10 men late on.

Cray Wanderers took a point from their trip to Leatherhead coming away with a 1-1 draw.

Dan Dean gave the home side the lead with a cracking volley on the stroke of half-time - but Shawn Bevaney scrambled an equaliser on 66 minutes to earn a share of the spoils.

Wanderers thought they had a decent shout for a penalty in the closing stages, but keeper Stuart Robinson was adjudged to have fouled Tommy Whitnell outside the box.

All our other Division 1 South teams lost.

Folkestone surrendered a lead as they went down 2-1 at home to Walton & Hersham.

Jimmy Dryden put Invicta in front four minutes into the second half when he headed in at the second attempt after Anthony Hall had tipped his first effort onto the bar.

But two goals in four second half minutes from substitute Zak Graham turned the match around. First he shot in off the post on 76 minutes before sending a looping header over Charlie Mitten with 10 minutes to go.

Ashford suffered their first defeat of the season as they went down 2-0 at Godalming.

Glen Stanley put the home side ahead on 13 minutes before Kenny Ojukwa doubled the lead on the stroke of half-time.

Whitstable also failed to find the back of the net as they were humbled 4-0 at home by Burgess Hill Town.

Meanwhile, in Division 1 North, Thamesmead are still searching for their first win of the campaign as they could only manage a point from their home clash with Great Wakering Rovers.

Ricky Cable put the hosts ahead in the 14th minute but they were 2-1 down when Richard Dimmock scored the equaliser on 68 minutes.

Yohance Lewis's 58th minute strike was enough to see Chatham succumb ast Cheshunt.
